Happy Happy


I lost 4 lbs!

I haven't really done much of a diet, but I have been going to the gym a little more. I am trying to go 3 times a week for just very light cardio - I pretty much pretend to speed walk for about 30 mins - and then I do some weights. I hadn't weighed myself for about a month and when I did this Saturday I was surprised!

Me so happy.

Congrats. Every bit helps. I have been trying to get in at least a 30~60 minute walk in 3 times a week myself. With the cold weather though it makes it hard and we don't want to spend money on a gym membership right this moment.

I know what you mean, those memberships can be expensive. I se the commercials of the regions up north and they say stuff like 7 bucks a week and such, but down here memberships go for like 75 dollars a month... If we joined the gym was because my dad took a family membership for my mom and himself, and the gym said it was alright for us to count as family even though we weren't living in the same household. So we're paying about 30 bucks per person instead.

Thats a pretty good Gym, then. 30 bucks a month is definitely worth it.
